Owner and principal estimator of Valley Shades, INC., an Oregon based Division 12 window treatment subcontractor serving general contractors throughout Oregon and Washington. I carry projects from bid invitation through takeoff, estimating, submittals, field measurement, procurement, installation and closeout, on public and private work alike.
